Head perimeter: Just put the measuring tape like 1 cm over your ears around your head.

Chest: Put the measuring tape around the biggest part of your chest and back.

Waist: Put the measuring tape around the thinnest part of your waist.

Hip: Put the measuring tape around the widest part of your hip

Feet: To find out the right size of your feet you just need to find out the jp-size or the cm-size of your shoes. Either you can see this size inside of your shoes or you just measure your feet (heel to tiptoe + 1cm). If you got one of those sizes you just have to look into the size chart below for the right size.
